Job summary
Elken Service Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a Customer Service Executive to promptly resolve customer complaints and coordinate with various departments to meet service targets.
The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, SPM or equivalent, and the ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. An attractive incentive is provided on top of the basic salary.

Qualifications
- SPM or equivalent is required.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Able to communicate with clients in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Liaise with relevant departments to solve problems effectively and timely.
- Ensure service appointment targets set by Technical & Sales departments nationwide are met.
- Monitor status of Customer Feedback Forms (CFF) raised.
- Arrange postponement jobs when necessary.
- Prepare and send service reminder notices for Bio-pure sets due for service.
- Analyze data from customer satisfaction surveys and report to supervisor.
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports.
- Update new warranty cards into CRMS.
- Attend to other duties assigned by supervisor.
