Job summary

Edaran Riz Sdn Bhd in Kuantan is seeking a customer service-oriented team member to support the automotive service department. You will handle inquiries, schedule service appointments, and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Administration or related field, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will work Monday to Friday with Saturday half-day, on-site, and benefit from training and statutory

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service appointments professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance, and feedback.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians and aftersales team.
• Prepare customer reports, service reminders, and documentation.
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email communications.
• Assist in customer retention and after-sales service activities.
• Ensure customer records are updated accurately in the system.
