Job summary

R & A Logistic Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor is seeking an Operations/After-Sales Coordinator to manage vehicle delivery, registration, and related documentation. You will liaise with suppliers, workshops and the technical team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

The role requires 1–2 years in automotive operations or fresh graduates with strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus willingness to visit client sites as needed for service and warranty

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in automotive, business, or related fields.
• 1–2 years’ experience in automotive operations/aftersales preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient communication skills and willingness to visit sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle delivery, registration & documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, workshops & technical department for smooth operations.
• Handle customer enquiries on service, parts & warranty matters.
• Monitor service schedules & warranty claims.
• Maintain records & ensure customer satisfaction.
