Job summary

ams OSRAM in Penang is seeking a Customer Quality Management representative in Back End production for intelligent multi-chip modules. You will coordinate customer visits, manage RMA processes and prepare qualification reports.

You will support global CQMs and liaise with process and failure analysis experts in Germany and Malaysia, ensuring compliance and continuous quality improvement in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead customer visits and audits.
• Review and optimize the return process for devices (RMA) and perform non-destructive failure analysis.
• Compile documentation and customer-specific records (qualification reports, reports, qual packages).
• Provide QM topic support and respond to customer inquiries about LED lifetimes and qualification.
• Manage PCN documentation and coordinate customer responses for changes.
• Support global CQMs as Voice of the Customer for production process changes.
