Job summary

Ichia Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a quality-focused professional to handle customer inquiries, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions across the organization.

You will coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Sales to resolve problems, prepare 8D reports, CAPA, RCA, and monitor customer quality requirements to ensure timely closure and sustained product excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electronics, Manufacturing.
• Quality-related working experience is required, preferably in electronics/PCB/PCBA/manufacturing.
• Experience in customer complaint handling, 8D, CAPA, RCA, 5 Why, and quality problem-solving tools is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate across departments.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and quality-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Sales to resolve customer issues.
• Investigate customer complaints and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and follow up on 8D reports, CAPA, root cause analysis, and other quality-related reports.
• Monitor customer quality requirements and ensure issues are properly addressed and closed within the required timeline.
• Communicate with customers regarding product quality issues, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
• Support customer audits, meetings, and factory visits when required.
• Maintain proper records of customer complaints, quality issues, and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
