Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Lead to oversee quality assurance across NPI to mass production, ensuring ISO and IPC standards are met and customer requirements are reflected in PPAPs.

You will coordinate quality tools, drive excursions, and maintain internal quality systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Kedah.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality tools, ISO and IPC standards.
• Understanding of product and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality checklists for respective customers and related documents.
• Establish and review customer PPAP, Quality Plan/Process Flow and Management.
• Plan to meet customer requirements and conduct periodic review of Quality.
• Coordinate periodic FMEA review.
• Lead the team to handle quality excursions independently and take timely actions.
• Oversee product and material quality from NPI to mass production.
• Develop and maintain internal quality systems, procedures and workmanship standards.
• Follow up EC and SPCN to ensure changes are timely and accurate.
• Accomplish tasks as assigned and participate in quality strategy deployment.
