Job summary

Powermatic Data Systems Limited is seeking a Program Executive to drive customer programs from initial engagement through design-in, validation, and mass production. You will act as the bridge between customer and R&D to ensure successful evaluation, issue resolution, and timely project execution.

The role emphasizes early-stage customer engagement, coordination with engineering, and seamless handover to operations for MP orders, with a focus on delivering orders and strengthening customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Technical background is an advantage.
• Experience in program management or engineering environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opportunities from lead stage to MP order.
• Drive customer engagement during evaluation and proof‑of‑concept phases.
• Coordinate sample shipment, tracking and onboarding during samples management.
• Support customers during evaluation, testing, and integration.
• Ensure timely feedback loop between customer and engineering teams.
• Drive closure of technical gaps before MP order and handover to operations.

We are looking for a Program Executive to drive customer programs from initial lead engagement through design-in, validation, and mass production (MP).

Unlike traditional program management roles that begin after order confirmation, this role is responsible for early-stage customer engagement, working closely with engineering teams to convert opportunities into production programs.

You will act as the bridge between customer and R&D, ensuring successful evaluation, issue resolution, and project execution leading to order conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer opportunities from lead stage to MP order
• Drive customer engagement during evaluation and proof-of-concept phases

2. Sample & Evaluation Management

• Coordinate sample shipment, tracking, and customer onboarding
• Support customers during evaluation, testing, and integration
• Ensure timely feedback loop between customer and engineering team

3. Conversion to Production

• Drive closure of technical gaps before MP order
• Support handover to operations/logistics after order confirmation

Requirements
