Job summary

BPO SDN BHD is seeking a debt collection/ customer follow-up role based in Malaysia. You will contact customers via WhatsApp and phone to pursue repayments and track overdue payments while maintaining accurate records of communications and promised dates.

During training in Puchong you will learn the processes, then transition to remote work from home post-training, with a hybrid arrangement allowing some on-site days as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or debt collection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in handling reminders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via WhatsApp & phone.
• Follow up on repayments and overdue payments.
• Record customer communication and repayment details.
• Follow up on promised repayment dates.
• Complete daily follow-up records.
