Job summary

BPO SDN BHD is seeking a diligent Customer Follow-Up Agent in Malaysia to engage customers via WhatsApp and phone for repayment reminders and overdue follow-ups. You will record interactions, track promised dates, and complete daily notes while maintaining patience and clear communication in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or call follow-up experience, are comfortable with WhatsApp and basic computer use, and are willing to contact customers

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Patient and detail-oriented with good listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via WhatsApp and phone to discuss repayments.
