Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Malaysia (Penang) is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support the Inside Sales Team and customers. The role covers order entry, pricing, NCNR handling, and contract-related activities in a full-time capacity.

Ideal candidates will have a 2 year degree with 2–4 years of related experience and be adept at coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accurate, timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Ability to handle complex discrepancies and liaise with customers.
• Experience with order entry, NCNR, and contract pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer service and sales support to Inside Sales Team and customers.
• Manage Order to Invoice process including order entry, pricing, and contract terms.
• Support quotes-to-order activities including loading SDT quotes and coordinating contract signatures.
• Coordinate reports and escalation workflows, ensuring accurate pricing and delivery records.
