Job summary

Metalfinishing Industries seeks a Customer Operation Coordinator / Customer Services Administrator to handle customer calls, enquiries and delivery requests professionally. You will follow up on orders, due dates and delivery requirements, coordinating with Planning, Production, QC and Warehouse to obtain status updates.

You will ensure goods are ready on schedule, provide timely updates to customers, issue Delivery Orders and invoices, arrange transportation, and monitor daily shipments.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Experience coordinating orders, deliveries and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, enquiries, and delivery requests professionally.
• Follow up on orders, due dates and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, QC and Warehouse to obtain status updates.
• Ensure goods are ready according to the required delivery schedule.
• Provide customers with timely and accurate updates on order and delivery status.
• Issue Delivery Orders and invoices accurately and on time.
• Arrange transportation, courier services, freight forwarders, or customer collections.
• Monitor daily shipment and delivery arrangements.
• Inform customers promptly of changes, delays, or issues affecting delivery schedules.
• Maintain records of Delivery Orders, invoices, shipments, and deliveries.
• Perform other duties related to order fulfilment and delivery operations.
