Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, enquiries, and delivery requests professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up on customer orders, required due dates, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the Planning, Production, Quality Control (QC), and Warehouse departments to obtain updates on production and finished goods status.
• Follow up internally to ensure goods are ready according to the required delivery schedule.
• Provide customers with timely and accurate updates on order and delivery status.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DOs) and invoices accurately and on time.
• Arrange transportation, courier services, freight forwarders, or customer collections.
• Coordinate and monitor daily shipment and delivery arrangements.
• Inform customers promptly of any changes, delays, or issues affecting delivery schedules.
• Maintain proper and accurate records of Delivery Orders, invoices, shipments, and deliveries.
• Perform other customer service, coordination, and administrative duties related to order fulfilment and delivery operations as assigned.
