Job summary

Acestahl Engineering is seeking a proactive customer service coordinator in Malaysia. You will be the primary contact for clients via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and orders.

You will maintain detailed records, collaborate with sales/logistics/operations, and help monitor service performance while contributing to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

• Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
