Job summary

Ansell in Cyberjaya is seeking an Assoc Specialist, Business Support to be the primary contact for the customer portfolio and ensure timely delivery and accurate order processing.

You will handle service complaints, maintain contract and pricing data in ERP, and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Credit & Control.

Requirements include a university degree, 1–2 years in international customer support, English fluency, Mandarin proficiency, and ERP experience (Oracle/SAP).

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–2 years in international customer support.
• Experience with ERP/Oracle/SAP is a plus.
• Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency.
• Detail oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Act as prime contact for the customers of the portfolio.
• Ensure timely delivery and accurate order processing in ERP.
• Manage service complaints and provide proactive feedback to customers.
• Monitor pricing and contract management in the system.
• Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Credit & Control, and Master Data.
