Qualifications

• Experience in automotive body & paint, accident repair, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Able to explain repair processes, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to prepare service estimates and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be able to drive customers' vehicles when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess vehicle body and paint repair requirements.
• Inspect vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates and cost quotations.
• Explain repair procedures, costs, and estimated completion times to customers.
• Coordinate repair work with technicians, insurance companies, and other relevant parties.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed of the repair status.
• Ensure all repair orders, insurance claims, and service documentation are completed accurately.
• Conduct a final inspection of repaired vehicles before delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
• Arrange vehicle delivery and explain the completed repairs to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception and service area while complying with company policies and procedures.
