Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in automotive Body & Paint or workshop operations.
• At least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving monthly sales, revenue and gross profit targets.
• Strong knowledge of body repair, painting, estimation and repair processes.
• Experience handling insurance claims and adjusters.

Responsibilities

• Manage Body & Paint operations and daily workflow to meet delivery targets.
• Drive monthly sales and revenue targets and develop business opportunities.
• Lead and motivate Body & Paint team to achieve productivity and performance targets.
• Oversee insurance claims, estimation, submission and coordination with insurers.
• Monitor repair quality and turnaround times per manufacturer standards.
• Maintain relationships with insurers, fleet clients and partners to generate sales.
• Control costs and maximize gross profit through manpower, parts and services.
