Job summary

General Storage Company Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive to be the go-to person for customers via calls, emails, and walk-ins, helping them find the right storage space and ensuring a smooth experience.

You will rotate across Klang Valley, Ampang, Petaling Jaya and Puchong, use CRM and ERP tools to work smarter, and support marketing campaigns to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and passion for helping people.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience is a bonus.
• Willing to rotate across Klang Valley, Ampang, Petaling Jaya and Puchong.
• Previous customer service experience or willingness to switch from IT, PM, retail or hospitality.
