Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary education background.
• At least 3 years of related customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient with standard office applications and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly across channels.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues with a solution-oriented approach and follow up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet service commitments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports.
• Manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
