Job summary

Radium Development Berhad seeks a proactive individual to assist the Customer Care team with purchaser inquiries and complaints, and to participate in on-site inspections at Salak Selatan/Sungai Besi area. You will support VP activities including unit handover and key collection.

You will coordinate with purchasers, contractors and internal teams, monitor defects progress and maintain records. This role offers hands-on exposure to property development operations and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess or be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Property Management or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Care team in handling purchaser inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist in conducting building inspections and joint inspections with purchasers.
• Support vacant possession (VP) activities including unit handover and key collection process.
• Communicate and coordinate with purchasers, contractors, consultants and internal departments on customer-related matters.
• Monitor defects rectification progress and follow up on outstanding defects.
• Update and maintain purchaser records, defects tracking, reports and documentation.
• Assist in preparing letters, emails, reports, meeting minutes and other customer correspondence.
• Support coordination for customer care events, surveys and engagement activities.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks assigned by the department from time to time.
