Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Real Estate Salesperson license required.
• Strong MS Office, Internet research, and web publishing skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee team activities.
• Review voucher forms and process Brokers' commission payments.
• Improve sales productivity by reviewing and implementing better processes.
• Oversee tracking of office transactions (listings, sales/leases, expenses, reimbursements).
• Interact with clients on property tours and resolve issues.
