Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact by answering phone inquiries and welcoming walk-in customers.
• Provide product details and capture leads for smooth handover to the Sales Team.
• Ensure show units, scale models and posters are ready-to-view at all times; coordinate seasonal decorations.
• Offer refreshments to visitors to create a premium experience.
• Manage stationery/marketing stock and prepare gifting for purchasers.
• Assist with signing of documents and handling sensitive information.
• Support roadshows and gallery events; keep promotional materials updated.
• Maintain visitor registration and provide weekly footfall/inquiries reports.
• Oversee operational contracts for hygiene, pest control, security services.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required by the Company/Management.

Job description

Paragon Globe Berhad is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Support to join our dynamic property sales team. As a Sales Support, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our sales gallery, delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing daily gallery operations and supporting the property sales team. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact by answering phone inquiries and welcoming walk-in customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Familiarize with essential product details (e.g., Project Name, Unit Types, Location, Pricing, etc.) to provide accurate information; effectively capture leads and ensure a smooth handover to the Sales Team.

Ensure show units, scale models, and marketing posters are in "ready-to-view" condition at all times. Lead the setup and coordination of seasonal decorations.

Provide a premium visitor experience by proactively offering refreshments (coffee/tea) for customers and guests.

Manage stock levels for stationery and marketing collaterals in sales gallery. Prepare goodies bags and signing gifts for successful purchasers.

Assist with the signing of documents and handle the processing of customer sensitive information (ICs, Passports) rightfully.

Actively participate in sales roadshows and gallery events. Support marketing campaigns by ensuring all promotional materials are updated and displayed correctly.

Maintain the visitor registration system and provide detailed weekly reports on footfall and inquiries.

Monitor and evaluate the service standards of security, cleaners, and landscapers. Handle operational contracts and quotations for hygiene, pest control, and security services.

Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as required by the Company and/or the Management from time to time.
