Job summary

Air Liquide Malaysia offers an internship to support the Customer Service Team in day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent service and efficient order fulfillment. The intern will assist in executing customer experience initiatives, contract management, and continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities include leading customer experience and digital adoption projects to improve order-to-delivery processes, handling inquiries via phone and email, coordinating with logistics to ensure stock

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) with a basic command of data handling and document formatting.
• Possessing personal transport is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Experience & Digital Adoption projects to improve the Order to Delivery process and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels; support order processing and coordination with logistics for stock availability.
• Assist in logging customer feedback and participating in investigations for service improvements under guidance.
