Job summary

Air Liquide Malaysia invites enthusiastic students to join as an intern and gain hands-on experience across customer support, order processing, and finance administration. You will assist in responding to inquiries, setting up customer profiles, handling orders, and preparing billing documents.

You will work with a diverse, fast-paced team, develop proficiency in MS Office, and learn practical procurement and month-end processes while pursuing your degree in Business Administration or related

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural, fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related digital productivity tools.
• Self-driven, well-organized and dependable with strong accountability and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer inquiries via email and support customer care.
• Help create new customer profiles and keep account details up to date.
• Support order processing by entering sales orders and drafting price quotations.
