Job summary

Air Liquide Malaysia is offering an internship within the Customer Service Team to support day-to-day operations, enhance customer service and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on improving the Order to Delivery process, gathering customer feedback and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

You'll assist in digital adoption for customers via the myGAS portal, support inquiry handling, and participate in initiatives with logistics and operations to ensure stock

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) with a basic command of data handling and document formatting.
• Possessing personal transport is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and digital adoption projects to improve the Order to Delivery process.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels and support order acknowledgment and monitoring.
• Log customer feedback and support investigation and resolution of basic issues under guidance.
