Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Educational qualifications as listed (SPM to Degree).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries across phone, chat and Shopee.
• Provide accurate information on products, orders and delivery.
• Follow up post-purchase to resolve issues.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfilment with sales, warehouse and logistics.
• Assist daily retail operations including packing orders and deliveries.
• Maintain documentation of enquiries, feedback, and orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
