Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with 3 years of contact centre experience or a Diploma.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls, emails, live chat and social media.
• Provide friendly, accurate solutions and maintain customer records.
• Ensure data privacy compliance and update records with care.
• Stay informed about products and promotions to assist customers.
• Assist team improvements and contribute to service excellence.
