Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented order processing specialist to support our customer service team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, confirm orders, and keep customers informed throughout the fulfillment cycle.

You will collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, maintain records, and identify improvement opportunities. A high school diploma and related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and issues.
• Provide order confirmations and updates to customers.
