Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings in a friendly and professional manner. You will understand customers' questions and provide suitable assistance, handle feedback and complaints with relevant departments, build strong relationships, and follow up on outstanding issues.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and candidates with or without working experience are welcome to apply.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with different people.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers’ questions, needs, and requests, and provide suitable assistance.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Provide accurate information and ensure customers receive a positive service experience.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers on pending enquiries, requests, and outstanding issues when necessary.
