You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns with a focus on timely, high-quality service. The role requires diploma or degree in Business-related fields, good Mandarin and English communication skills, and the ability to work independently while

• Manage and maintain relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Serve as the main contact for client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand clients’ needs and coordinate with internal teams to address concerns promptly.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding matters, service feedback, and ongoing requests.
• Maintain accurate client information and account records.
• Assist with client meetings, presentations, and business discussions as needed.
