Job summary

Compex Technologies Sdn Bhd, a Powermatic Data Systems Ltd (SGX) group company, seeks a capable Technical Support professional in Johor Bahru. You will provide remote customer support, diagnose hardware/software/network issues, and assist sales teams during technical discussions and product demonstrations.

Ideal candidates have a degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science, are bilingual in English and Chinese, and bring at least three years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese customers.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of different network operating system implementations and installations.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
• Handle escalations from support teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, R&D, product) to align customer needs.
• Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
• Pre-Sales / Post-Sales Support.
• Assist sales teams in technical discussions or product demonstrations.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
