Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in electronic engineering or computer science.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for communication with Chinese customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
• Handle escalations from support teams.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and product teams to align customer needs.
