Optimax Eye Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage front desk duties, greet patients, answer inquiries, and provide counseling. You will follow up on leads and support marketing and business development efforts.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field and can suit graduates; fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Chinese as a plus. Weekend work is required in Johor Bahru.

• Possess at least a Diploma in any related field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Retail or Front Desk is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Plan and carry out customer service duties / front desk duties.

Follow up on leads and participation of marketing and business development activities

Attend to walk-in customers in front counter, face to face and phone enquiries, including providing counseling to customers

Provide good customer service to our patient.

Keep abreast with latest and most current information and technology in regards to market changes, competitors information and Company’s products

Maintain Optimax standards and observe Group Compliance Policy

Assist in any adhoc projects assigned

Requirements:

Possess at least Diploma in any related field with working experience in Customer Service, Retail or Front Desl

Fresh graduates, air stewardess, hotelier and candidates from service & retail line are encouraged to apply

Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. Proficiency in Chinese will be added as advantage.
