Job summary

Optimax Eye Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle front desk and call centre duties, respond to inquiries and assist customers with product information. You will follow up on leads, participate in sales and marketing activities, ensure service standards, and support the team to achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese is preferred; weekend work required. Fresh graduates welcomed; Diploma holders encouraged.

Qualifications

Diploma in any related field with experience in Call Centre, Hotel Front Desk, Cabin Crew, Customer Service or Retail.
Fresh graduates, air stewardess, hotelier and service/retail candidates are encouraged to apply.
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proactive problem solving and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Plan and carry out customer care duties at front desk and/or call centre as assigned.
Implement sales plans and ensure high standards of sales and service for customers.
Follow up on leads and support marketing and business development activities.
Attend to walk-in customers and phone inquiries; provide counseling to customers.
Maintain Optimax standards and comply with Group policies.
Assist in any ad-hoc projects as required.
