Job summary

IKONIK Eye Centre seeks a proactive Customer Service Professional in Kuala Lumpur. You will attend to inquiries via calls, emails and other channels, greet patients, and manage pre- and post-visit relationships.

You will generate sales leads and aim to meet sales targets while handling inquiries across social media and our website. The role emphasizes excellent English communication, teamwork, and delivering accurate information.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the customer service field.
• Experienced in the whole spectrum of customer service, especially face-to-face interactions.
• Retail, hotel, or hospitality experience is highly recommended.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented with incentives.
• Effective communication with diverse staff across the company.
• Excellent English communication (writing and speaking).
• Pleasant personality and attentiveness to customer needs.
• Able to work well in a team and build collaborative relationships.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field with CGPA 3.0+ is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Attend promptly to large customer inquiries via inbound calls, emails, and other sources.
• Be the face of IKONIK and greet patients with appropriate guidance.
• Maintain and develop good customer relationships pre- and post-visit.
• Generate sales leads that become new customers.
• Meet individual and team sales targets (incentives provided).
• Manage communications to the centre across platforms, including social media and website.
• Provide suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Opportunity to get involved in other departments as potential arises.
• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
• Handle complaints with appropriate solutions and follow up.
• Keep records and documentation of customer interactions and processes.
• Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies; take the extra mile to engage customers.
