Job summary

IRS Training Sdn Bhd is seeking a Creative and analytical Curriculum Learning Designer to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team in Subang Jaya. You will design comprehensive training curricula, develop interactive e-learning modules, and create assessment tools to close performance gaps.

Work closely with SMEs and department heads, applying ADDIE and other instructional design models. You will integrate Articulate 360, Canvas, and video tools, manage LMS content, and continuously refine

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, HR or related discipline.
2–3 years in Curriculum/Instructional Design or L&D roles.

Responsibilities

Needs Analysis & Strategy: identify learner needs and business outcomes.
Curriculum Design: apply ADDIE and learner-centered design.
Content Development: create multimedia learning materials and assessments.
Stakeholder Collaboration: work with SMEs and department heads to ensure content accuracy.
Technology Integration: use authoring tools and manage LMS content with analytics.
Assessment & Evaluation: design formative and summative assessments and refine programs.
