Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, HR or related discipline.
• 2–3 years in Curriculum/Instructional Design or L&D roles.

We are looking for a creative and analytical Curriculum Learning Designer to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. Role Overview

As a Curriculum Learning Designer, you will sit at the intersection of education, communication, and technology. You will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive training curricula, interactive e-learning modules, and assessment tools. You will work closely with stakeholders to close performance gaps and build high-quality learning journeys that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Needs Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough research and skills gap analyses to identify learner needs, existing knowledge levels, and desired business outcomes.

Curriculum Design: Apply established instructional design theories and frameworks, such as the ADDIE model, to structure learner-centered activities and long-term educational roadmaps.

Content Development: Create engaging, multimedia-rich instructional materials including course outlines, video scripts, interactive e-learning modules, presentations, and quizzes.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), educators, and department heads to extract complex knowledge and ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Technology Integration: Build and deploy digital learning experiences using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Canvas) and manage content within our Learning Management System (LMS).

Assessment & Evaluation: Design valid formative and summative assessments to measure learning outcomes. Collect feedback, monitor training costs, and continuously refine learning programs based on data.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

Experience: Proven track record (minimum 2–3 years) as a Curriculum Designer, Instructional Designer, or similar L&D role.

Technical Expertise:

Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

Proficiency in managing and uploading content to Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Familiarity with multimedia and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Premiere Pro) is highly advantageous.

Core Skills: Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design models. Excellent project management, technical writing, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Location: Must be located or willing to shift to Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, PJ or nearby vicinity.
