Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in instructional design.
• Experience in higher education and digital learning environments preferred.
• Expertise in instructional design models.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital authoring tools.
• Ability to drive innovation and foster collaboration across academic teams.

Evaluate and implement emerging educational technologies.

Foster innovation in teaching methodologies and content delivery.

Research & Professional Development

Represent the college at academic conferences and professional forums.

Administrative & Strategies Duties

Maintain documentation of instructional design processes and outcomes.

Participate in strategic planning and academic leadership meetings.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
