Job summary

GE HealthCare in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Lead Clinical Application Specialist CT to drive customer training, on-site and remote support, and lifecycle clinical services. You will collaborate with regional teams to ensure clinical workflow optimization, tender compliance, data generation, and customer satisfaction across customer installations.

You will leverage clinical and technical CT expertise to demonstrate CT systems, lead advanced training, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Graduation / post graduation in medical imaging technology or equivalent with CT experience.
• Comfortable in physician and clinical/patient care environments.
• Active CT clinical/technical certifications/registries required to scan live patients.
• Demonstrated clinical/technical scanning proficiency on CT products/platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the geographic region and to sales/tradeshows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer training plans to ensure competency and high satisfaction (NPS).
• Deliver onsite and remote clinical applications training for CT systems and advanced applications.
• Coordinate training activities with Sales and Service teams to fulfill orders and data generation.
• Support presales activities including product demonstrations and site visits.
• Provide advanced clinical support for protocol optimization and image quality improvement.
• Drive realization of revenue through successful onsite delivery and training commitments.
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, radiographers, radiologists, cardiologists and KOLs.
