Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 6+ years, Associate Diploma and 4+ years, or Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant clinical/healthcare experience.
• Experience providing clinical support, healthcare training, or customer education in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer education programs and clinical training for healthcare professionals.
• Provide on-site clinical expertise and product guidance for customer cases.
• Partner with Sales to develop territory plans supporting therapy adoption.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership to identify growth opportunities in the territory.
• Participate in conferences and meetings to increase product awareness and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Share insights to support continuous product and process improvements.
