Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) seeks a Clinical - Application - Senior Specialist in Malaysia to provide scientific and technical support in pre and post sales. You will plan and execute education programs for medical products, develop training materials, and raise customer competency to ensure quality results.

Qualifications

2–3 years in Medical Lab or Application Support.
Degree in Biomedical Sciences / Biochemistry / Biotech or relevant field.
Good communication, presentation and teaching skills.
Problem-solving, team player, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

Provide scientific and technical support in pre and post sales.
Plan and execute education programs (CME, User Training, Workshop, Demonstration & Evaluation).
Develop training materials & syllabus.
Raise customer competency to ensure quality results.
Improve customer satisfaction with efficient responses and effective solutions.
Provide advice to improve operational performance.
Involve in troubleshooting & issue resolution.
ISO documentation & reports.
On-job training will be provided.
