Job summary

Easmed is seeking a part-time Clinical Application Specialist to support healthcare professionals in operating theatres across Southeast Asia. You will provide clinical support, product training, and ensure safe, effective use of our devices in ENT, Neurosurgery, Urology, and more.

Based in Malaysia with regional flexibility in Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat, Kluang, or Melaka, you will collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and staff, delivering on-site demonstrations and on-call support while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in a healthcare discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to teach and train clinicians.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures.
• Deliver product demonstrations and on-site training.
• Support surgeons and theatre staff with safe use of devices.
• Coordinate clinical case coverage and on-call support.
• Build strong customer relationships and gather feedback.
