The role requires collaboration with sales and marketing, strong communication, and the ability to travel within Malaysia. A healthcare degree and clinical experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field.
• 3–5 years clinical experience in hospital/healthcare.
• Experience with life science/medical devices preferred.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training at customer sites.
• Provide ongoing clinical support and troubleshooting for BD products.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to identify clinical needs and develop solutions.
• Educate healthcare professionals on best practices and guidelines.
• Develop and deliver educational materials and workshops.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of trainings and feedback.
• Engage with external clinicians and partners to drive clinical development.
