Job summary

Medik-Link Sales & Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist (Medical) to provide after-sales clinical product support, deliver training, and ensure customer confidence in product use in KL.

The role requires a Nursing degree and RN with at least 2 years of OT/ICU experience, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities, with willingness to travel for customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a relevant field.
• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of OT/ICU experience.
• Problem-solving skills: able to address client needs during training and troubleshooting.
• Communication skills: able to explain complex information and train users.
• Customer service skills: interact professionally with customers in a polite and positive manner.
• Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation.
• Be part of a passionate and collaborative medical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Clinical Applications Training / CME to customers.
• Attend product and clinical training
• Deliver internal product and clinical training to the sales team
• Compile Clinical Case Support for patient treatments.
• Implement and manage customer-specific account strategies to drive utilisation.
• Document and manage all relevant customer activities.
• Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate functions within the company.
• Support the Sales team by demonstrating products to potential customers.
• Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions
