Formación

• At least 3–5 years of shore-based crewing, vessel operations, or maritime management experience.
• Good knowledge of MLC 2026, STCW Standards, Flag State regulations, ISM/ISPS Codes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with crew management software.

Responsabilidades

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Maritime/Nautical Studies, or a former seagoing Master, Chief Mate, or Chief Engineer COC
• At least 3-5 years of shore-based crewing, vessel operations, or maritime management experience
