SEALINK Group seeks a Technical Manager to lead maritime operations including PMS/E-PMS systems, ship management and offshore support activities. You will guide senior teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive performance across onshore and shipboard functions.

The ideal candidate has a degree or Master/Engineer qualification, 10+ years in maritime roles, and proven leadership in complex projects.

Formación

• 10+ years of related experience in maritime industry.
• Minimum 7 years seagoing experience.
• Minimum 2 years on shore-based ship management.
• Class 1, Chief Engineer 3000kW or More Unlimited Trade (added advantage)
