Job summary

SEALINK group of companies in Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia, seeks a Crew Scheduler to support offshore vessel manpower planning and recruitment. You will manage manning and recruitment activities, ensure compliance with shipping regulations, including MLC 2006 crewing provisions, and collaborate with operations to optimize crew rosters.

• Degree or Diploma or professional qualification with work experience in offshore vessel manpower manning and recruitment.
• At least 2 years or more of working experience in offshore vessel manpower planning activities.
• Familiar with shipping industry statutory compliance, marine department regulations, MLC 2006 crewing regulations and provision.
• Able to handle multi task, resourceful, organize and systematic in work planning.
• Good supervision skills and time management.
