Job summary

Sunway Multicare Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Control / Accounts Receivable professional in Malaysia to manage credit applications, assess creditworthiness, and ensure accurate billing. You will generate invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain precise customer records.

Applicants should have a diploma in finance or related field, strong Excel skills, and proven communication and negotiation abilities to handle customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers regarding credit and payment matters.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling financial and customer records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review credit information and resolve account discrepancies.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer credit applications.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the billing process.
• Generate and send out invoices to customers.
• Communicate with customers on overdue payments and payment terms.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to credit issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts.
• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
