Sunway Multicare Pharmacy is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to support daily cash reconciliations, invoicing, and credit control in Selangor, Malaysia. You will ensure timely processing of income transactions, accurate documentation, and effective collaboration with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a finance-related diploma or degree, 2–3 years in retail or similar environments, strong Excel skills, and a proven eye for detail.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile daily cash and income collections and record transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare income collection reports and maintain accurate records.
• Process customer invoices with supporting documents and verify accuracy.
• Follow up on outstanding payments from assigned customers.
• Match payments in bank statements and request payment vouchers as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments for document management and filing.
