Job summary

REDtone Digital Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Control/Collections professional in Malaysia. You will perform daily collection activities, follow up on overdue invoices, and ensure timely payments in line with credit terms.

The role requires proactive problem solving and collaboration with sales and billing teams to resolve disputes and inquiries. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree and at least 2 years in credit control, with strong English and BM communication, and

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree holder.
2+ years of credit control/collection experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Attentive to details, neat and meticulous.
Self-initiative and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and BM (written and spoken).
Good time management in meeting targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Perform daily collection activities and debt recovery to ensure payments according to credit terms.
Follow up on overdue invoices via telephone, email and letter within agreed timescales and document actions.
Ensure personal targets are achieved within specified times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries within 24 hours and coordinate with other departments to speed up collection process.
Escalate disputes or payment problems to sales personnel and resolve billing discrepancies within 3 working days.
