Job summary

ASTRO Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a Creator & Affiliate Marketing Executive in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on sourcing and onboarding creators, managing affiliate partnerships, and driving campaign performance across digital platforms.

You will coordinate creator briefs, activate campaigns, and analyse metrics to optimise ROI, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and creators in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing, creator management, or talent/influencer operations.
• Strong familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, creator/affiliate management tools, campaign analytics tools, and digital marketing KPIs.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and creator relationships at once.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with both creators and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and onboard creators in line with the network's growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, affiliate partners, and networks to drive campaign success.
• Manage campaign execution and optimisation across digital platforms and creator-led content campaigns.
• Coordinate briefs, deliverables, shoot days, and content timelines for brand campaigns.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools; report insights to stakeholders and clients.
